I seem to have abruptly hit the "if one more person tries to guilt me into care about something and/or guilt me for something I'm not even doing I'm going to start screaming" point which I think means I have to delete my social media and news app for a while

#ah yes the Sympathy Burnout. Empathy Burnout?#sometimes A Lot happens at once and i see one final 'why is no one talking about X??' or 'why does no one care aboutY??' post #or worse a 'you people are all assholes for not [thing i do because it's basic common sense]!!!' post #and i just have to scream into a pillow for a bit #and that meeeaaaaaans no more social media for me for a bit. i cannot bear the whole world's problems #nor can i bear constant posts complaining about others' bad behaviour #this is partly my fault for going into the For You tab with always has just the wildest shit #anyway. deleting tumblr now
