I made this whole bioinformatics workshop for some students and gave them an hour to do it. So many of them were stuck on "paste URL" for over 15 minutes...
#i overestimated the amount of computational skills first year university students have LOL#they were stuck because the URL was in a pdf and they copied and pasted from the PDF into the online software#not accounting for spaces between the URL that copying and pasting from a PDF introduced#instead of inspecting the URL they just ran it over and over again#hoping for a different result i guess#a lot of them only reached out for help after like 10 minutes of pasting this URL over and over again#yeah...they didn't even make it past section 1 after an hour#so im offering to do a second online office hour thing to help anyone who wants to finish it lol
