#by new tumblr topic i mean i saw 1 post.#like idk i think the hypermasculine characters in that show are either the actual villains of the show #or their violence and inability to be kind is a weakness as much as a strength (butcher)#but like w homelander? hes not only evil but also deeply insecure and has a breastfeeding kink. they are not trying to make him cool #and i do understand that him being a villain doesnt necessarily matter to alt right fans of the show but hes #not just evil hes straight up pathetic and silly and disgusting. idk
