#not sure if cassie would openly boast about roxy living with her

⚠ WARNING: (SOME) FNAF RUIN SPOILERS BELOW: ⚠

since cassie mentions her dad has something similar to the faz-wrench, so i've come to the conclusion that he may be a tech / mechanic at the pizzaplex! roxy implies that cassie had come to the pizzaplex for two birthdays, so employee discount maybe? if fazbear entertainment believes in such things? anyway, this takes place after the normal / elevator ending, where we hear roxy calling for cassie after her fall. cassie survives, albeit a bit banged up, so roxy resurfaces with her and once the girl regains consciousness, she successfully persuades roxy to come home with her. roxy is hesitant to venture outside, but agrees, and the two arrive at cassie's house to be greeted by her worried father.

cassie explains everything that happened, and roxy fills in what she knows. while cassie's dad is angry that his daughter went into the abandoned plex alone, he is grateful for roxy protecting her and is just relieved that his daughter is safe. though it takes some time and elbow grease, he manages to fix roxy with what resources he has, and provides shelter for her while he can think about what action to take next. cassie and roxy have no protests against this, so the roomie arrangement is a happy one :) cassie has her favorite character bunking with her and roxy is no longer under the effects of the mimic and knows she's safe!

listen guys, i promise this isn't bias talking, but roxanne (and it HAS to be roxanne, not the mimic, because there is NO WAY the bastard made it down that far that fast) surviving and looking for cassie in the normal ending HAS to have some narrative significance, either in the games or tales from the pizzaplex books. i love these girls and want them to have more shining moments 💚💜
