i think tonight was the first night of physio/working out that actually felt satisfying
#yes i still do it at midnight lol bc it nukes my body for the rest of the day and sleep mostly resets it. cheat code#the verdict is still [ow] but smth abt it felt more proper this time#doing 5kg on the physio bits and 2kg on the general workout so still baby steps but yeah#not that it matters much bc the next month will just be theraband & bodyweight but#THERE'S JUST SMTH RLY FUN#abt knowing i will be gone a month and maybe will be much better when i get back#more realistically it's not gonna be miraculously recovery but another 5% increment towards betterment but yk. a bitch can hope#elia txts#wrist redemption saga
