i really truly believe cinccino can cut it in ou. i want to believe in her.
#TECHNICALLY its doing the same thing as maushold but like. with an arguably worse stab move. BUT! maushold has lower speed#and does not have access to the Fucking Killer move triple axel#loaded dice technician triple axel has an effective base power of One Hundred And Eighty#notably the only other technician pokemon with access to triple axel is hitmontop. which has the same base attack but is significantly slow
