OC PRIDE MONTH CHALLENGE 2024. week two: LGBTQIA+ tropes. day ten - june 10th. TROPES OF A BISEXUAL.

Roxitte Virmeton + Pragmatic Pansexuality & Depraved Bisexual

definition/s: Pragmatic Pansexuality is when a character seduces or flirts with both men and women (or anyone else) as a means to achieve their goals.

The Depraved Bisexual can be depicted as "simply" supremely manipulative; recognizing the effectiveness of sex as a control mechanism, they resort to it at every opportunity — reasoning that successful seductions gain new thralls, while even unsuccessful ones tend to increase others' fear of you.

This idea was surprisingly popular in the survey, and I’m thrilled because it’s such an interesting concept! This year, we’re assigning days based on identities and including trope suggestions specific to each one. However, similar to last week, the tropes don’t need to be exclusively tied to each identity—just applicable to an OC with that identity.

Unfortunately guys there is only so many weeks in a month, and therefore we’ve dropped AU week (although look out for a special edition of it in the valentines challenge of this year), but we are keeping our favourite LGBTQIA+ artists around! Everyone has a monster within but due to some tragic backstory of abuse, hate, or ridicule, these people – or things– let the monster win. Whether they done a mask or turn your dreams into sentient nightmares, they’re the main reason why anybody shows up to movie night. Which one of your ocs looks into the reflection of the knife in their hand, and pictures themselves chopping up human bodies instead of vegetables?
