I know that, technically, Jackson Douglas Ayers is my OC and that therefore he has no canon timeline in the traditional sense; but his story has indeed been thought out, and without alterations from verses and other muses, this is how it’s going to play out.       shoutout to the magnificent    @seaprofound​   because sunny is the godmother to jackson and adelé and every other npc named in this story in every sense of the word    !        

 Jackson joins the navy at the age of 18, perhaps a bit too late to truly make it within the ranks, but he has never cared very much for such things. He is far from power hungry, far from filled with ambition to rise  /  for him, the most important thing is to be on a ship, titles and ranks be damned. He is loyal to the sea, and only the sea. Respect is something that men need to earn from him, yet, he has become rather good at faking it. Jackson can nod and act respectfully towards superiors he doesn’t agree with, but when met with the right circumstances he will not hesitate to shove them aside.

Basically, he is always walking the fine line between mutiny and piracy. The right character could easily have him join their crew, just as the right setting could easily make him pick up his arms and direct it to the ones in charge. Jackson is a barrel of gunpowder, and all he needs is a spark to ignite. HOWEVER, once his loyalty is won ( and one usually wins it by being fair and just, respectful towards the people lower on the ladder. ) he is fiercely so. His loyalty is forever, it is unconditionally.

His loyalty will, first and foremost, always be given to his family; they mean the world to him, even if he’s a thousand miles away from them most of the time. He writes them almost daily, never in general, always a letter directed to one member of his family. His father receives the most letters from him though, for he will always have a special connection to Alfred.

At the age of 23, his loyalty will rest in the hands of a fellow midshipman a few years his junior. Rhys Ellis will eventually go and marry Jackson his sister, Griselda, and in all honesty, it was the only match which Jackson could ever fully support; Rhys was in many ways like family to him, a young man in need of advice and support was always welcome underneath Jackson’s wing. Besides, there is a special bond reserved for men who sit together bleeding, leaning against one another with labored breath, finding the strength to keep pushing forward in the presence of one another.

Adelé plays a vital part in his life as well                  For she is in many ways his opposite, and the two of them surely bring out equally the best and the worst in one another. With Adelé he can talk freely about his sexuality and his romantic desires, a rare thing, but a thing he thrives under nonetheless. With Adelé, it’s violence and anger; they’re well matched when it comes to the art of sword fighting as well as their precision with a gun. Sometimes Adelé will let him win, sometimes she finds herself nearly losing to him even if she is indeed trying her best. This friendship will remain to be an important aspect of his life from the age of 21 until he dies. Adelé helped shape him  /  Adelé is in many ways one of the most important players in his game.

At the age of 25, Jackson meets the man who will change it all; fourth lieutenant William Silas Dover was the type of man who should not have been upon a ship, yet found himself there regardless. In many ways, William carried the earth in his eyes and flowers in his chests. He had climbed the ranks against his own desire  /  pushed by his father and brother back ashore, and his utter luck that he was able to remember well. Something overheard would remain with him for years, tiny details of conversations roaming his mind. A quick learner with endless wit to spare. Two years Jackson’s senior and blessed with the ability to touch a man in such a way that he was sure to find himself damned.

He loved him. He truly did. And what a blessing it was to be loved in return, underneath the cover of night, carefully hiding in the shadows; but William was hardly happy on the deck of the HMS Atlas. He never could be, he never would be, no matter how much love Jackson offered him. William was a man who would thrive upon land, and Jackson, who was born for the waves, was willing to give him that. At the age of 28 they planned on desertion, running for love surely seemed like the noblest thing to do in the minds of two young men drunk on true happiness found within one another.

It wasn’t meant to be; for a few days before they were to land and they would make a run for it their ship got caught in battle, a battle which was to be the last for William. Brown eyes cast towards the sky with the lifeless mist forever haunting the memory of Jackson. He had lost his happiness, and this would forever change him.

He is 31 when he dies. Bitter perhaps, but all too ready to let the sea swallow him whole. All it takes is a carefully placed cannon shot by their opponent ( or perhaps, it was a lucky shot. Not that it matters, the results remain the same ) as he finds himself trapped below deck as the water rises from the hole left in the hull. Dislocated barrels and chests freed from the bounds that kept them steady;  their shifting weight enough to snap the ropes due to the movements of the ship become enough to block his exit.

Jackson does not fear death; does not fear the finality of it all, but he cries. He weeps for his family, for his sister who he will now never see again  /  weeps for his brother who will now grow to fear water more than he ever has before. He cries for his mother and father, tears filling his eyes as he thinks about all the sadness his father will pour into his poems now, as he thinks about the rage his mother will display whenever she allows for herself to get lost in the woods.

tw ocs???? 👀👀👀 who’s who out of ellie serena and mira? pls i want to know everything

Of course!!! I've been meaning to redo my Teen Wolf universe for a while and this idea came to me out of nowhere last night but I love it so much.

Elena "Ellie" Ayers (FC: Danielle Campbell) is the new kid, much like Allison, although I'm torn when to introduce her. She's a witch who grew up with her stepdad and stepsister in San Diego. Her stepdad is a Professor of Medieval History and Paranormal Anthropology with ties to a prominent Hunter family that is NOT the Argents. Ellie's mom has been dead for quite some time (murdered by Deucalion) and she's never known her bio father, so her stepdad is probably the most important person in her life to her.

Serena McCall (FC: Camilla Mendes, but subject to change) is Scott's older half-sister who was taken into Rafael's custody. She grew up away from her younger brother and low-key hated her father so she would always try to run away to Beacon Hills to see Melissa, who never blamed her for Rafael's mistakes. Her bio mom was a witch as well who knew Ellie's mom, so when Serena shows up in Beacon Hills for good, the first person she seeks out is Ellie cause she knows that witches are stronger together. She will do anything to protect her little brother. Her love interest is Stiles Stilinski.

Miranda "Mira" Hale (FC: Danielle Rose Russell) is the youngest daughter of Talia Hale and Derek's youngest sibling. She was away at boarding school when the fire broke out and Derek became her legal guardian when she moved back to Beacon Hills. She attends school with Scott and Stiles and sees Sheriff Stilinski as her father figure because she used to get in trouble and lash out a lot before he would get involved and make sure she was okay. She's a werewolf/witch hybrid and has a very complicated relationship with her Uncle Peter. Eventually she inherits the Alpha title from her mother.

The three girls become very good friends and eventually form their own coven with the help of another OC of mine Aisling Deaton (FC: Kat Graham) who is Deaton's younger sister.
