🎶 "Somewhere beyond the sea, somewhere waiting for me..." A big gay thank you to my summertime girlfriend, Hayley @haybeats, and her boyfriend, Luke, for an awesome birthday outing in downtown Easton, PA! It was so fun romping around town and popping Luke's Easton cherry 🏙️🍒 Our tour wrapped up by enjoying an alfresco meal at @ocean235 in their alleyway oasis 🌿🌺 What a beautiful and serene concept for an outside seating area. We felt like we were transported out of our city surroundings while enjoying our deliciously fresh seafood entrées and short rib spring rolls. Their seafood selections are beautifully curated and an absolute treat for your taste buds. The salmon I added to the Burrata & Prosciutto Salad (which I HIGHLY recommend 🤤) was impeccably cooked — rich and flaky with a crispy seared finish. And how could you go wrong with a fresh ball of creamy burrata?! Just YUM! And for dessert...a deliciously rich and creamy slice of tres leches cake.
