*beats off the negative body image and self esteem issues with the newly acquired handheld vacuum cleaner*
#oh no#where did this come from#...it came from my doctor#when she said 'your weight is really fluctuating'#and then my stomach felt big#and then i looked at myself in the mirror and HATED it#ohhhhnnoooooooo i haven't had THIS kind of issue in years#body image cw#negative self talk cw#when i cant control things i swing to a different direction#and i guess it means ive finally worked through that other problem#BUT WHY DO I NEED TO REPLACE ONE PROBLEM WITH ANOTHER#this is not necessary brain self hatred is stupid
