Keep the strap short for more assistance.

As you get stronger, make the strap longer for less assistance.

The Infinity Arm by Curls In The Rack has the option to load the lever and hold it in place with a kickstand.

Once the arm is loaded and you’re ready to exercise, release the kickstand for complete free motion of the jammer arm.

In the video I use this feature for seated calf raises.

The same can be used for belt squats.

I’m also using the lever arm for isolation leg exercises (leg curls and leg extensions) with the OmniStrap.
