im also realizing how much kasumiverse parallels my real life experiences since its broken nicely up into years

b2 (2018)- stereotypical romance but actually not bad i reread it today, as my life was probably the most stereotypical and no stakes (or very small stakes) romantic at that time

b3 (2019)- trying to be happy but actually extremely sad, trying to find normalcy in the face of feeling super down all the time, and at the same time being aware that im kinda pathetic

b4 (2020)- fucking redemption arc baby! starting to be like “im not gonna let this bad situation define me” and just powering through and becoming better for it too

b5 (2021)- loredump time! idk. complicated but like. more maturely (and verbosely) handled than before. like a mix of everything but also worldbuildey and more wordy

b6 (2022)- the sads but in a more. the transient nature of life sorta way. very melancholy and almost like “twilight years” kinda vibe. like the end of things as they were sorta feeling

#im afraid of what will happen in this years story tbh #mostly bc im going in with basically no ideas/expectations #literally my only ideas are 'twins show up'/trebetroublefive get separated from the starter squad #and plotwise my only ideas are 'what if it was den o/acc/the time video of dhmis' and thats it #i think theres some cool things that could come to pass esp since its so vague #i feel like it was similar abt b4 i didnt know at all what the story would be like and what direction itd go in #and we ended up getting a new friend(tm) in the plot not to mention heath too!#and dk as well ofc tho he was introduced in b3 #i think b4 was like. a massive bonding experience for the whole gang #and lut + fern have connections to people there so they mesh well when they join up #yf i feel like is more distant but the squad also respects that. he also has the sort of friendship/protectorship w em #on one hand im like 'OHHhhh this is weird how it matches oooOOOoo"#but on the other. like. im writing it in one year. of course it reflects my feelings in that year -sighs-#au ramblings
