man I just want to write the angsty scenes
must I establish characters? is it not enough to just jump immediately into the conflict?
#it's been way too long since i've worked on a story#clearly#man what the hell how was i so good at planning and executing said plans when i was 18 years old and now at 23 don't know what i'm doing#i've gone backwards#what the hell is this bullshit#like i know there's potential but the way things are going aren't impressing me#one story started with 'mondays sucked ass' and another with the protagonist jumping out a window to avoid a guy and now this mess#where she comes back home after 11 years and goes to a gas station?#i've lost my creativity#i just want to write about a character having a breakdown because i'm having an ongoing breakdown#i don't know the actual point of this story honestly#how was teenage me more competent than i am in my twenties when it comes to writing#i want to throw my notebooks and computer#writer's block sucks ass forget mondays#this is what happens when you get too obsessed with things being 'good enough'#now nothing is good enough and it's all garbage#i dug my own grave i truly did
