why do people always try to blame hermit and traffic fandom discourse on new dsmp fans. bestie we have our own homegrown discourse to be responsible of, it isn't always someone else's fault
#i just feel like it's a cop out#oooh the dsmp fans caused people to break cc boundaries!! no they didnt and also the boundaries ur defending dont exist#oooh the dsmp fans made this place hostile!! nope the hermit fans did that perfectly well way before the dsmp even existed back in 2019!#like i am just saying. can we own up to our own mistakes in this fandom and stop pretending to be superior to other corners of mcytblr#and take this from me. someone who is painfully intimately aware of dsmp discourse and someone who loves hermitcraft and traffic series#discourse#also yall have been saying that the dsmp fandom people ruined things for like...over a year now probably. let it go. no they didnt.#like in isolation yes i am sure there were bad dsmp fans who crossed over and made trouble here to but like.#there are also plenty of bad hermit/traffic fans who do the same all on their own without ever being into dsmp#the issue isnt the fandoms themselves LOL and im so sick of people trying to be superior#lets focus on the issues at hand and stop trying to point fingers at innocent groups of people.#ur scaring potential fans off by being hostile. i've seen multiple people who said they didnt wanna watch hermitcraft at all#because they felt uncomfortable after seeing hermit fans drag down dsmp fans#lets all. be nice to each other. please and thank you have a nice day
