Penerapan perangkat lunak ini juga bagian dari implementasi program 6G Holding Migas Pertamina yaitu go digital. Terbaru, tim internal PGN Saka mengembangkan aplikasi Vessel Monitoring untuk memonitor pergerakan kapal di perairan sekitar Blok Pangkah dan Blok Muriah. Inisiatif ini diambil untuk mencegah terjadinya insiden maupun kecelakaan fatal di fasilitas lepas pantai yang dioperasikan PGN Saka. “Sistem Vessel Monitoring menyuguhkan data secara real-time selama 24 jam dalam seminggu dan mampu menghemat biaya hingga USD 2,18 juta per tahun, dibanding biaya yang dikeluarkan apabila kami melakukan monitoring secara konvensional dengan menggunakan kapal patroli,” ungkap Presiden Direktur PGN Saka, Avep Disasmita dalam Digitalization Forum di The 3rd International Convention on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas 2022 di Nusa Dua, Kamis (24/11/2022) Transformasi yang diterapkan oleh PGN SAKA, dapat menjadi solusi bagi industri hulu minyak dan gas bumi (migas) di Indonesia. PGN Saka telah menjalan transformasi digital sejak 2013. Dalam delapan tahun terakhir, lebih dari 100 aplikasi dan inisiatif digital telah diciptakan dan dikembangkan untuk mempermudah proses bisnis, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi. Avep mengatakan, transformasi digital yang dilakukan PGN Saka juga dilakukan untuk mendukung Sistem Operasi Terpadu (SOT) yang diimplementasikan oleh Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) ke seluruh Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS). SOT mampu meliput kegiatan operasi mulai dari produksi harian (minyak, gas, dan LPG), financial report, daily drilling report, dan sebagainya Dalam mendukung sistem tersebut, PGN Saka mengaplikasikan E-MBER (Electronic Maintenance Brief Report) di 2019, ATG (Automatic Tank Gauge) di 2020, dan PIMS (Production Integrated Monitoring System) di 2020. Digitalisasi juga sangat membantu PGN Saka dalam melakukan eksplorasi sumur baru, sehingga PGN Saka mengembangkan SWORDS 1.0. Sebelumnya, dibutuhkan waktu 4-5 minggu untuk meninjau sumur-sumur potensial dan melibatkan banyak SDM karena dilakukan secara manual. Pengumpulan data juga tidak mudah dan kurang terstruktur. Padahal dalam setahun proses peninjauan sumur bisa mencapai 150 – 200 review, sehingga sangat menandatang bagi tim lapangan. “SWORDS 1.0 diciptakan tahun 2018 untuk otomisasi baru menggunakan teknologi analitik data. Sistem ini membuat proses 190 review sumur dalam seminggu lebih cepat 90 persen, mengurangi proses review di hari kerja sebanyak 90 persen, dan struktur daya yang lebih baik untuk digunakan di masa-masa mendatang,” papar Avep. Lanjut Avep, pihaknya juga akan terus mengembangkan SWORDS (Saka Well Opportunity Register, Define & Selection) 2.0 untuk automasi pembaruan dan analitis data sumur yang semuanya dilakukan oleh internal perusahaan. Menurut Avep, penggunaan teknologi open source untuk pengembangan aplikasi berbasis proses bisnis membawa keuntungan bagi perusahaan tidak hanya dari segi efisiensi kegiatan operasi, tetapi juga efisiensi biaya. “Proses pengembangan aplikasi menjadi lebih singkat dan efisien karena kita tidak dihadapkan pada skema yang kompleks untuk mendapatkan lisensi,” katanya. Ke depan, PGN Saka akan terus mengadopsi perangkat lunak sumber terbuka melalui pengembangan aplikasi secara bertahap demi meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis dan operasi. PGN Saka juga berencana membentuk Ruang Kolaborasi (Collaboration Room) di 2023 sebagai sentra aplikasi digital dari seluruh entitas di internal perusahaan.
