ya bitch finally got prescribed sleep medication everybody clap but also send me "hope it works!" vibes/energy
#long story i dont have spoons to explain but i saw my mom's doc today & he finally prescribed me a sleep med so we'll see how it goes#also sorry i disappeared again this isn't rly a comeback but since ive been open abt my sleep problems#& have had v nice ppl try to help me w them in the past (which i appreciate v much btw ty) i thought this would be a nice update#but otherwise im just waiting out this retrograde bc it's just detrimentally worsened the already fragile state ive been stuck in#for the past long ass while#dw im staying w my parents during it so im being monitored/taken care of#but yeah i just don't have p much Any spoons rn so i can't hold conversations/make posts rn#or be on socials at all rly it's kinda exhausting when i can't participate/am in a fragile headspace u know#but yeah anyway like i said still thought id give the update since it's been a Saga in my life for p much all of it#after taking it for awhile ill update ig but otherwise ill be back officially when i can be ✌#mine#medication mention//
