Yep, he’s combined with DJ Subatomic Supernova, bc genre and the technologically advanced side of the characters. I kinda feel like it would be funny if Donnie would actually be wearing those purple shorts from episode “Man VS sewers” but they “Indicate he’s not a valuable contributor to the society”, and I kind of headcannon that Tello is actually extensively specific about the purpose of every single piece of his wardrobe so he would never wear that one type of shorts when he’s kinda working
