i'm shaking bc right after lady jeyne of the eyrie died, there was a vale civil war!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#* foaming at the mouth *#i mean it was a MESS tho skdjfhsd#i have no idea why r/oyce supported arnold arryn's claim when he was known as arnold the mad heir????#im just talking aloud but if yorbert had went to the eyrie to be the lord regent for lady jeyne#who was three years old; then for sure yorbert had become somewhat of a father to jeyne#which meant rhea and her sister had easily also saw jeyne as an extended family member#and jeyne in return -- CANONICALLY -- were very protective of rhea#bc she lowkey banished da*mon away from the vale when he wanted runestone#if arnold had tried to start 2 rebellions against jeyne -- WHY would house royce support arnold#just by the loyalty of royce and arryn alone as two powerful houses in the vale#or was gunthor just a fucking misogynistic distant cousin of rhea#who didnt like a woman in charge and therefore supported arnold's claim to contest the will#because he didnt trust “the whim of a dying woman”#interesting... interesting...#fleshing this out once i do the math#GENERAL: OUT OF CHARACTER.
