It's like. you feel this deep bond with this person, you feel like you understand him, when he is first of all not a real person? You understand him because he is similar to you yet you don't because he is so different? It's the feeling that even after reading from the pov of this one person you still feel distant because who is he. You know everything about him and barely know anything about him at the same time even after reading pages worth of descriptions about him?

And then you realise you were never supposed to understand or know him all this time you were loving and hating and was comforted by the "idea" of him? Like You never really knew him, he was just a collection of memories of what used to be him its always been a faceless figure created by the love and care people felt towards him, and in the end it does not matter whether he is real of whatever because regardless what you felt is real?
