What I imagine Snape is (possibly) like each time Amelia opens her mouth and sasses him just like Papa James:

Amelia's younger adoptive brother getting killed by death eaters (as well as the rest of her adoptive family)

Amelia refusing to accept Harry as her brother because “she already had a brother and it’s not him (Harry)”

Amelia secretly terrified to accept Harry as her brother (and James and Lily as her parents) in fears of somehow replacing the adoptive brother/parents she did have

Amelia overcoming her fears and accepting Harry as a brother

Amelia starting to return to her old self because she now has another brother that she can continue giving her love that she can no longer give to her adoptive brother

HARRY WALKING TO THE DARK FOREST TO MEET VOLDEMORT AND DIE AND AMELIA LEFT ABOUT TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PAINFUL PROCESS OF LOSING ANOTHER BROTHER

Im sad thinking about Amelia being so traumatised of having her adoptive family killed that she flat out refuses to acknowledge Harry as her family (or the Potters) for the first year of knowing him 🫠

I'm sad thinking about Amelia having mummy and Daddy issues with Lily and James (before she accepts them as her birth parents) because she thinks they willingly gave her up/just didn't want her 🥲🥲🥲
