FUCK THIS JOB. I do not wake up at the crack of my ass every morning and don't return home 11 hours later for this kind of stupid stress.
I constantly worry if my work is adequate enough every day because all they care about at the end of the day is numbers, unrealistic numbers that I can't produce because of forces outside of my control, and they continuously give me contradicting orders on what to do.
Like, I'm 26. I don't think I deserve to be crying over my keyboard because I'm so stressed out.

Weird story idea:
Dracula is looking for his next victim. When he finds it, his usual tricks don’t work on her not because she’s not interested or the like-
it’s because those ideas terrify her and brings up awful memories.
Dracula then takes it upon himself to right the wrong.

The typical players of each Job that you find in DF
Paladin: Goring Blade? Royal Authority? Total Eclipse? Holy Spirit? Cooldowns that aren't Hallowed Ground? *deletes all of them off the bar* I only need my Rage of Halone.
Warrior: What? I'm no pussy like Paladin! I'MMA PULL EVERYTHING! ... Cooldowns? I JUST SAID I'M NO FUCKING PUSSY!
Dark Knight: Darkside? BUT THAT DRAINS MY MP!
Monk: AoE? I don't have any.
Samurai: BUT MY MADARE! BUT MY MADAREEEEEE!
Dragoon: I'm not gonna even try. There's no way I'm getting my full damage anyway.
Ninja: The only Ninjitsu that exists is Doton.
Bard: I'm still not going to give you TP/MP, even though it's now a cooldown that even reduces my enmity.
Machinist: -places Wildfire- -goes nuts- -rips hate-
Black Mage: Diversion? Pfft- TRIPLE FLARE BABY!
Summoner: *cries in Bane*
Red Mage: OH NO, THE TANK DROPPED BELOW 80% *spams Vercure*
White Mage: Heal bot mode active. MP critical. Demanding MP from Bard/Machinist. Lucid Dreaming and Assize N/A
Scholar: Man, this Eos. *Eos is on Sic* I just can't do anything with her.
Astrologian: Uh... What do these cards even do?

The general reactions to the to the Jobs in 4.0 (old and new)
PLD: Holy shit, non-Flash or oGCD AoE (that doesn't generate hate, wtf). SHIELD OATH AT 30, HALLELUJAH! ... Wait, I can cast Holy? I HAVE MY OWN FELL CLEAVES?! WHAT IS THIS MADNESS, THEY LISTENED?!
WAR: Oh, yeah, triple Fell Cleaves- ... WAit, what, QUINTUPLE FELL CLEAVES?! HOLY SHIT, I'M WET!
DRK: ... Eh, not as fancy, but, still, good shit.
MNK: Hey, look, team synergy! ... Wait, where'd my personal dps go?
NIN: Oooooh shit, I get MY OWN LEYLINES! EEEEE
DRG: "Left Eye" "Right eye" "Gaze of the First Brood" ... wtf, I thought we killed Nidhogg?
BRD: HOLY SHIT, NO MORE CAST TIMES!
MCH: FLAMETHROOOOOOOWER! (Also, I can Swiftsong now, lol)
BLM: Oh, thank god, Enochian is just tied to the Astral Fire/Umbral Ice timer now. And, wait, OH SHIT, THUNDER II AoE, YOOOOOO
SMN: On one hand, RIP my AoE DPS. On the other, FUCKING BAHAMUT.
WHM: Just... put these useless liles on my grave. To the SCH and AST, I leave my skills.
SCH: ... RIP my AoE DPS, too. Buuuuut, I get my own Battle Litany. So... *shrugs*
AST: No, SE, I wanted Noct to better mesh with my kit. I didn't WANT another flat buff! I mean, everything else is great and all, but, come on, I was already borderline broken.
SAM: So, uh, Monk, about your personal DPS...
RDM: "Ver" is like Frank's RedHot: We put that shit on everything. ... Also, it looks like I'm going to be the raise bitch of statics and 24 mans.

I like Zenos a villain but I realize he's pretty much the absolute worst Legatus as far as competent leadership goes. Constantly murdering his subordinates, having everyone withdraw from Rhalgr's Reach because he got bored and not finishing off the Resistance when he had the chance, repeatedly surrendering lands and valuable checkpoints to the Alliance. Pretty much the only reason we won is because Zenos is the goddamn laziest Garlean ever.
I HATE THAT SO MUCH.
I hate being at the mercy of the villain just for the villain to be like, “lol, nah, i don’t feel like it right now.” Like, GIVE THEM AN EXCUSE. Sure, Ghirahim in Skyward Sword does the same thing, but he also says that he’s trying to chase down Zelda. Like, if there was a reason other than, “I don’t feel like it”, like if Y’shtola tried to cut in before the battle ending blow (and not during the cutscene), and then the entirety of the Eorzean alliance was converging on their location, more than Zenos could bare, then, fine, the sparing would make sense. HELL, even have his father or Yotsuyu call him away to Doma to quell some civil unrest or terrify new recruits to give us another reason to be there and then have the “Divide and conquer” plan come about as a plan of opportunity would have been so much better! Just... ANYTHING more than, “jk, lol”
(Although, granted, he’s supposed to be a terrible leader, but my points still stand.)

While I like the 4.1 changes to SCH...
I’d like more synergy within the SCH’s kit.
inb4 people are saying, “You want SCH to be broken” or “SCH is fine/it does good DPS”.
No- No. That’s not what I’m asking. If something broken happens, then, yeah, nerfs should happen, BUT-
We have some interesting tools in
and
(Okay, SMN’s has Bane as well- BUT)
Here’s the thing-
We can only pass along Galvanize (the added effect of Adloquium and Succor) or Eye for Eye (which is now CROSS. ROLE.) with Deployment Tactics, and we can only pass Bio II (because Bio I is now replaced by Bio II when Bio II is learned, and Bio II is learned before Bane, sooo) and Miasma I (SMNs can pass their Bio III and Miasma III when they receive those skills at lv60-something).
BUT-
SCHs have two special skills- Excogitation (lv62) and Chain Stratagem (lv64) that places a buff on a target (the former) and a debuff on a target (the latter), YET, cannot be passed with Deployment nor Bane.
Sooooooooo, we can pass EYE. FOR. EYE- A CROSS ROLE SKILL- but we cannot pass THE JOB’S. TRADEMARK. LIBRA?! (Let’s be real, Chain Stratagem is just a fancy Libra. WHY IT TOOK 2 EXPANSIONS TO GET IT-)
I would like it (A WHOLE HELL OF A LOT), if Deployment Tactics was updated to this:
Deployment Tactics: Spreads any non-pet specific effect (so no Rouse or Sustain or Aetherpact/Fey’s Union?) cast by you or your pet on a party member to all party members within range (with the current duration of the original effect).
With this change, Excog can become a HUGE AoE heal cooldown every 2 minutes. The thing I hear against this is because “THAT’S OP”- Now, you have to remember:
1) Deployment has a cooldown of 2 MINUTES. You are not doing this for every bit of spike damage that happens ever.
2) Everyone has to be in range, so, y’know, those casters off in bum-fucks nowhere ain’t getting this shit.
3) Galvanize shields and Excog work IN DIRECT OPPOSITION to each other. See, Excog needs the target to be below 50% of their max, base HP to trigger. If that doesn’t happen in the 45s span, Excog just falls off and does NOTHING. Galvanize effects add a shield that prevents the player with the buff from taking damage, essentially giving them more HP. So, in reality, if Excog and Galvanize are both passed, Excog’s activation threshold is much lower than 50%, more like 45% on a non-crit (gods, maybe 30% on a crit, if that) AND, this isn’t accounting for any other shields or damaging reducing effects (Addle/Feint/Shake it Off/Divine Veil/Collective Unconsciousness/Sacred Soil/Passage of Arms)
4) You still can’t Deploy off of yourself, so no passing around Lucid Dreaming (not like you would, but there you go) or Cleric Stance (+5% on yourself is good. +5% on EVERYONE is absurd).
And for Bane:
Bane: Spreads any effect cast by you or your pet (except Miasma II) to all enemies within range of the target (for any damage over time effects, for each target hit after the first, the potency of those effects are reduced by 10%, up to a maximum of 40%)
SO, this allows SMNs to pass MOTHER FUCKING CONTAGION to all targets for some of that DELICIOUS TRI-BIND ACTION (and Painflare, I guess), as well as making the drop off of the DoTs less extreme because, GOD DAMN, 20% reduction on everything after the first is DUMB. ... Also, you can pass around Heavy from Break if you really, really missed that effect from Miasma (RIP Ruin II’s blind tho). (I’ve been reading around it’s not even optimal anymore for SMNs to use Bane? Like, hard cast DoTs on everything and use Aetherflows on Painflare.)
Now, I added “or your pet” to these effects because, other than the aforementioned Contagion, I’ve been wanting some changes to the fairies. I think they would be a bit more balanced if their effects only affected one player, but then, you could Deploy those effects around if you need them. (Whispering Dawn should stay as it is, though.) I’d like Selene’s Silence be more like the old Virus that SCH used to have (but no cast time PLEASE). I would love if if they removed the cast times from all of these skills (ESPECIALLY EMBRACE) because that’s what makes it “difficult” for the pet to do their shit in a timely manner.
PS: I’d like it if Adloquium also has a base shield of 150% of the heal while keeping the Crit doubling effect (so that if you can’t deploy the critlo, you can still deploy SOMETHING decent) while Succor also gets the Crit effect (because we still want to stack crit anyway for the Adlo crit).
PPS: Next expansion, I want Meltdown (200 AoE Potency with 10% drop off for each target hit) for a new Aetherflow action (give it a 45s-60s cooldown so that Energy Drain isn’t completely outclassed, or you can alternatively make it 150 AoE with 10% drop off and have Energy Drain upgrade into it to reduce button bloat).
Edit: PPPS:
YO, WHERE THE FUCK IS SAM’S GIL TOSS AT THO?!

You can blame Zenos on all the backwards ass Garlemald apologists who want to betray Eorzea and join the evil empire just because Gaius and Regula were kind of ethical and Varis tried to advertise genocide as saving the world. The dev team's method of trying to mitigate this was making Zenos as flagrantly assholish and batshit insane as possible. And now people are lusting after him.
I mean, I can understand why they want to make sure we hate the Empire as they are supposed to be our enemies, but one dimensional villains is not the way to do it. Yes, Gaius and Regula are our enemies, but they have morals and motivations and ideas! We should sympathize with them and agree on their ideas but disagree on their methods. Gaius makes excellent points about praying to false gods. Regula realizes that there’s bigger threats out there and fighting the guy who can take care of them is a bad idea. Sure, the Empire’s current plan is to make their own “guy” to take care of them, but their first successful subject was fucking insane BEFORE the experiment. And, let’s be real, this is all probably playing into the Ascians’ hands.
And, to be frank, Zenos isn’t that pretty.
There, I said it.

My wishlist for Dissidia NT (in order of game titles) (Spoiler warning for various games)
Preface: No inclusions of characters that were already playable in Dissidia 012 as there's a very good chance they'll come back (slightly worried about Laguna, but we need more daddy/son bonding time)
FFI: Princess Sarah. I don't think sticking in one of the six playable jobs would really fit since The Warrior of Light is supposed to be all of the playable characters at once (who knows how, but there ya go). Alternatively, Chaos could be bumped up to playable here as well.
FFII: Minwu. Shoot things and blow himself up. Good times.
FFIII: Xande. Again, similar situation with WoLly, throwing in another Job that appeared in III would be weird. I don't think Cid would work (I mean specifically III's Cid if that wasn't obvious. I only mention this since Cid is used in Theatrythm), but a strong case can be made for Xande. He can probably pull attacks from his FFXIV incarnation as well.
FFIV: Rosa or Zemus. Rosa could draw more heavily on her archer aspects, but I don't think that would capture her character very well. Zemus could draw upon the power of his four fiends and his powered up form like Garland does.
FFV: Faris or Galuf. Faris is more popular, but I, personally, have a stronger emotional connection to Galuf. They would probably play similarly to Bartz, but they would draw on different Jobs than him.
FFVI: Celes or Leo. Strong cases could be made for either (though I'm not familiar enough with FFVI to picture how they'd fight. Maybe they'd be a physical version of Terra - as in, they pause between attacks to passively build up a charge to use on their next attack)
FFVII: Aerith. Hey, she wasn't technically playable in Dissidia 012, so she counts. She'd probably be team support heavy, and I think she could really work in that regard.
FFVIII: Rinoa. HP attacks are her Angelo Limits. EX Skill is Angel Feather - I mean, it practically writes itself.
FFIX: Garnet "Dagger" or Vivi. I think either would do really well, though I think Vivi would more easily lend himself to a fighting game than Garnet, ironically. Vivi could be the "caster" version of Cloud (as in, he charges up his attacks to launch them [Terra has to stop attacking to charge]).
FFX: Auron. I mean, it's kinda obvious - popular character, samurai based attacks... There's not much to say here.
FFXI: (I don't know enough about this game FFFFFF-) I guess one of the villains? Shadow Lord? Eald'narche? *shrugs shoulders*
FFXII: LARSAAAA *thrown off of cliff* Okay, fine. Vayne. HP attacks are Bahamut attacks, EX Skill is the Bahamut firing on the stage. S'all good. Then there's also Ashe (you know, THE REAL HERO OF THE STORY) and Balthier (the self-proclaimed hero of the story).
FFXIII: Snow or Hope. I think Snow would lend himself better as a fighter since Snow has Commando and Ravager as two of his default roles (the third being Sentinel, a tank), while Hope only has Ravager as one of his default roles (the other two being Medic, a healer, and Synergist, a team buffer). However, Hope could be interesting as no other character uses a boomerang as a weapon. And, like Lighting, both would probably use their personal summons' attacks as their HP attacks.
FFXIV: HOLY SHIT, I WANT A SUMMONER ALPHINAUD LIKE YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE. Unfortunately, I think he would have been more likely if we were still in the Heavensward timeframe since, although this is a fighting game, is does also act like an advertisement, meaning someone who's Stormblood related would likely have more of a shot. That means it would probably be Lyse (because more fanservice) or Zenos (because he's on the box BUT BY GOD HE'S SUCH A BORING VILLAIN UUUUUGH). Besides Alphinaud being an outside shot, I think Estini-hogg could be super interesting. Also, RED MAGE ALISAE WAT UUUUUUUUP!!
FFXV: (Again, I don't know enough about this game fuck meeeee) I mean, I guess Noctus and Ardyn?
Spinoffs, sequels, and etc: Zack (FFVII: CC, focuses on his EX skill granting him a random buff), Serah (FFXIII-2, also drawing upon Commando and Ravager for her skills with HP attacks instead being monster attacks), Layle (FFCC: TCB, gravity powers? Gravity powers), Ceodore (FFIV: TAY, his attacks would probably be his various Band actions while Awaken would be his EX skill or a buff he freely triggers), Agnes (Bravely Default, probably canceling attacks to make her next one stronger)

Theory about Dissida NT’s new goddess (Spoiler warning for FFXIV)
Is it just me, or does Materia, the new goddess in Dissidia NT, look a lot like Minfillia from FFXIV?
Like Materia:

And Minfillia:

I mean, their names are even similar! The above is during ARR, but, under the cut, will be HW appearance and very spoiler heavy (and it could explain the different eye colors)

I now headcannon Minfillia became Materia after her departure from the world at the conclusion of the Warriors of Darkness plot.
