Most of the slipper orchids are done blooming but the phalaenopsis are going strong. The paph (slipper orchid) you see here and the orange phalaenopsis have a lovely fragrance.

The only paphiopedilum orchid that hasn’t completely opened. It’s small but it’s going to be beautiful. 💖

Current state of the Paphiopedilum orchid obsession. The Maudiae has bloomed and turns out to be vinicolored, the color of burgundy wine.

Once again before anyone else asks, I ordered the kit for it from the BroodyStore on Etsy. It comes with a grow light and a kind of thermometer that shows the humidity as well as temperature and also a little fan you can use to air it all out once a day. They ship from Ukraine and they’ve been super nice. (And no, I haven’t been paid to say this. I just liked them and their product enough to say so.)
