it is yuuki's first time seeing a Yankee, but not just any yankee, A HIGH SCHOOL yankee! She feels as if this was a shounen manga introduction. Her eyes are in awe. 'SO COOL!' she exclaims to no one in particular.

Huh…he wondered what had this girl soo excited..it was just school in a foreign country. Whether he was in America or even Germany..school will just be school to him no matter the circumstances. Both his hands remained into his pocket as he raises a brow standing behind the girl that expressed such a loud word of esteem. “Try not t’ stand out or anythin’, that’s just one-way t’ get your ass into some trouble.”

“ oh yuuki, ”  poor poor yuuki, someone’s always finding a way to tease her. ( sayori usually being one of those people but that’s besides the point right now. )  she sympathetically pats the girl’s head as they hug. “ you really need to pick a different gift to give out to people.”  the only bright side to this situation was that maybe yusuke’s request this time will have finally convince her that those coupons should be retired for good. sometimes just a normal store bought gift is the right way to go. 

“  I’m not as knowledgeable as you in maid things but I’ll do my best. ”  she proclaims.

YUUKI is beaming. "You're so cool! DAD told me about you!" endless tales of the living legend were shared during bed time. "can you really fight three people at once with a pencil?"

It wasn't rare for tales of his exploits and reputation to span across oceans of time. Either Some true to-form or blatant exaggerations. Only souls with an interest in the supernatural have ever heard of his name, and no doubt this girl's father must be that particular soul.

"While I can fight multiple enemies at once, I have no need to use a pencil. I have a sword for such things."

But the hunter was pleasantly surprised to see that the young girl wasn't the least bit afraid of him. She just nonchalantly waltzed up and started a convo as if speaking to an old family friend. Her father must have deeply appreciated D's efforts to tell her about his adventures.

Wait. Did he ever meet this girl's father in passing?

"You said your father tells tales of me right? What was his name?"

"Listen. I think you girls have some catching up to do. Lucky for you two, I know a great place."

He thinks fondly to his life as Satoru Mikami and the way his mother used to pack his bento for the spring days ahead. Of course, he's carried some of those memories and practices here, indulging when he can, but at the end of the day, it's not the same when he feels like he's just borrowing that part of his. Everything he lives now is totally new, but still, he misses the old sorely.

He hums. "I won't claim to be the world's best cook," but certainly not the worst in the area, "but what do you think about making some to share for everyone? I think they'd appreciate the gesture."

Zero definitely would be down to cuddle with Yuuki! He probably would hold her close against him, and peering through the windows of morning light he would absentmindedly play with her hair, twirling the strands around his finger. He would be protective, even moreso after their night together. ♡

a sigh, really? he thought he talked to them last time about this, and yet they weren't listening to him - continuing to do the exact opposite. how frustrating, he thought they were better than this. sometimes it was hard to tell how the girls in the fanclub thought. "thank you for telling me," atobe paused "what are they doing this time?" not resorting to anything like bullying or something again, he hoped.

"You're one of Kaien's students." He hasn't seen him in a while. "Day Class." Human, then? She should be. Kaien's rather strict about that.

“From what I gather she’s part of the Disciplinary committee in your school and it’s important you spend time with someone like that.” Said Morgana from in the comforts of his bag as they sat outside on the school grounds, the mission was to find this Yuuki Cross and possibly join the committee or at least take part in whatever endeavor they considered suitable for his reports back to the courts.

So from there, Akira removed himself from his seat and Morgana snuck into his bag as he made it through the halls of the school, looking for the girl in question until he saw the petite frame of the girl in question. “Hello there, Yuuki-san?” He spoke with an endearing smile on his face, hopefully the rumors of him being violent were things she didn’t believe.

OH that was TERRIBLE, and that mustache made her look odd but it was still incredibly pleasant. Yusuke’s laughter roared through the room with such delight. “Oh man that’s the worse friggin’ joke I’ve ever heard but I’m here for it.”

how long had it been? days, a couple weeks, a month or so at most but it dramatics it felt like an entirety apart. yori was quick to wrap yuuki up in a tight hug before she can stop speaking. she’d better have missed me !      “ I missed you too. ”   she had so much to share with her best friend. so much had happened since the last time they’d freely gossiped and giggled their way through the day.    “ It was so boring without you. ”

D graced the young girl with a once-in-a-blue-moon smile, to say he was impressed was an understatement. The hunter was downright proud of Kaien's daughter--so young but becoming a very capable fighter in her own right.

He extended his hand and allowed it to rest on Yuuki's brunette hair.

"Well done Yuuki. You've certainly improved--perhaps we can go eat those fancy crepes I've been hearing about for a treat?"

Word travels fast around campus, and he doesn’t think he’s been at Cross Academy for even a week before curious human eyes took note of his presence. The Headmaster and his Night Class classmates alike told him he’d get used to the attention, but being ever the private person, it made him uneasy to no end.

He sensed Yuuki coming in his direction long before she called his name, anticipating trouble as he hardly expects a Guardian to seek him out to deliver, but the moment she says Day Class… his tense features slacken in slight, if only replaced by an uncertain expression and awkward air.

It’s … true that he’s been ignoring mail that hasn’t come from home, but surely it hasn’t gotten so bad?

“I… alright. It shouldn’t be more than a few letters, yes? My apologies for troubling you with them.”
