This is a Parker 25 Flighter brushed stainless steel fountain pen c. 1975-1979.  The 25 was introduced as a low price point pen to appeal to new and young buyers.  The design is a departure from the long line of 75 derivatives with its unusual barrel shape, rectangular clip and plastic emblem on the clip tab.  The cap is stamped PARKER on the front and MADE IN ENGLAND on the back.  Initially just a Flighter model selling for $10.00 with converter and a matching ballpoint for $6.00, Parker added a rollerball pen in 1981.
