Got out the lab late but I was thinking about how great of a storyteller @cinamun is and how dope the RRR is. So I made me some lemon pepper wings in honor of them both. Hashtag zesty. I made peas too because I always have to have balance.

Idea for Familyswap AU, 'Lili's Lamentable Land' it takes place after the events of the Familyswap AU. And for the Lori and Opposum thing, I forgot that Harold was a rat.

If that's Lili's version of "Raz's Regretful Realm" ...

I do have constructs made for that. (SPOILERS FOR RRR AND FAMILY SWAP.)

China Doll (similar to Raz's Zombie) - Showing off Lili's past physical altercations with schools and groups she tried to hide (and mostly successfully hid) from her father. China Doll would be very polite, trying to avoid confrontation, and plays more as Lili knowing she should be nicer and following the rules. Based off of (what else) a China Doll.

Baby Doll (similar to Raz's Camper) - Showing off Lili's love language, mainly, as her body is covered in marker of different names she has been called that have stuck with her. Some are positive, like "snap pea" and "Dragon Sunny" (actually the word драгоценный), but others like "Freak," "Mole," "Traitor," and "Burden," decorate her as well. She's a lot of Lili's repressed feelings that she especially hides around her other selves. Based off of a toy baby made of a soft fabric and smooth plastic for the head, legs, and arms.

Monster Doll (similar to Raz's Jackalope) - Acts very similar to Jackalope, but instead of vague threats, she's a lot more blunt. Also has more of the Camper constructs that she bonded with, each being different monsters. Based off of the Monster High Dolls that could mix and match their body parts.

Plastic Doll (similar to Raz's Agent) - She is hyper determined to please people, constantly asking for new missions from others and rushing to deliver them. She likes making people happy, though her other selves seem to fear her. Based off of a Barbie Doll

And Broken Doll - Her design has her blinded by flowers as well as a... a flower that grows where her gunshot wound will be. Broken Doll represents all of Lili's repressed dreams. She didn't want to be a Psychonaut always, and sometimes she even questions if she still wants to be one. But she's so powerful. They need her. And she's got a good life that people would love to have. She just has to keep at what she's doing. Even if she'd rather be a florist. Based off of rotting toys/dolls.

Back to normal!

Hi y’all - been a long while since posting about life here in the RRR household. I was away from social media for a lot of the weekend, besides a few quick logins and scrolls through my dash. So lets get caught up... and it’s been a week, so it won’t be short!

On Wednesday evening my next door neighbor came to ask if we could dog sit on Thanksgiving and Friday as they’d all be out of town. Of course I said yes, but talk about leaving things last minute! In fairness I think their sitter plans fell through. Anyway I got to make friends with a pair of yappy Pomeranians; they liked me, but the rest of my family not so much lol! 

On Thursday our Thanksgiving was very low key. We stayed away from my in-laws as Mrs. RRR had a bug last week and my MIL has long term health issues that would make a visit high risk.* It worked out OK. We were able to have a fun holiday on our schedule; watch the Macy’s parade and the dog show, relax at home, and enjoy a really delicious Thanksgiving dinner without any of the forced and awkward holiday conversations that happen over with the in-laws.

Friday we did NOT shop! In the morning we cleaned house from head to toe and in the afternoon we went out ice skating with friends. I do not like ice skating; it sucks, I suck at it, but it’s something that gives us all a good time. Our oldest is getting much better on the ice with every winter. But our youngest is, like me, a cluts-on-ice ... we wobble round and round together. It’s gotta be quite the sight!

Saturday we finally went to the mall. It was supposed to be just “to get out of the house” and not to shop. Haha they totally played me (don’t worry I totally saw through that)!  We got two things that are/will be Christmas presents; some smart black riding boots for Mrs. RRR, and a navy pea coat for our oldest. And I found some great books on fashion/fashion history for the girls.

Sunday was a rest day. We did the church thing and then watched movies most of the afternoon.

And now I’m back at work for the first time since last Tuesday and boy is there a lot to get caught up on. But everybody else is in the same boat, so all’s good there.
