#venting in the tags cuz I do not want to be obtrusive or take up space on peoples dashes about it#but god. chronic back pain is just. so evil#I have been in mind numbing pain all day and there was nothing I could do about it#its usually kind of background noise but itβs so brutal today#I feel like someone has dug a knife between my vertebrae and is trying to pop them apart by sheer force#standing hurts sitting hurts lying down hurts#moving wrong has just fucking winded me itβs like getting punched under the ribs#I bent down to feed my cats when I got home and I swear I greyed out for a second cuz I moved Bad#and absolutely NOTHING brought this on like i twinged it putting a fucking dish away in my cabinet#I wish someone would just take my spine out and scrub it all fresh and clean and straighten it out and put it back in nice and shiny#okay vent over itβs been building all day and Iβm just saying shit now#peoples chronic pain is real unless it is mine. obviously π#okay. delete later. probably#busy beez
