These are from Auburn’s own ROCKAS Authentic Caribbean Cuisine Food Truck. 🔥🔥 The first item is a Calypso Taco - Savory Beef with organic chopped veggies, black beans, cabbage and a Poblano/Serrano/Jalapeño tomatillo Salsa. Topped off with a Salvadoran lime cream and cotija cheese.
