My cardio is slowly increasing for #ironmancozumel .. (Last night had my first successful run post #mcl tear) 75 minutes - 400 meter run, 50 push-ups, 400 meter run, 40 meter sprint/40 meter backwards jog. Repeat for 45 min. 400 meter run, 2 x 40 meter sprint, 60 second leg strengthening drill like lunges or squats. Repeat for 30 minutes. This was after a killer leg lift in the morning!
