Statement: Reginald Brooks works at the interface of art and science (math). A deep focus exploration sometimes increases the path to disorder. Mostly the disorder leads back to normalcy — whatever that is. Somewhere between, we find ourselves. This particular work lends itself to viewing as is or at a 180° turn. Sometimes what seems like up is really down and vice versa. The study and expression of pure, simple numbers remains a grounding force!
