This Works for me. So for me to deal with stress I eat, listen to music and sometimes sleep because this relaxes my mind. So after doing those things I may abe to think widely and positively. When I was stress by the exam last week my way of relaxing is sleeping and when I wake up I am able to think that i can do it and also eating chocolates. And when I'm stress about other things to cool down my mind I listen to music or eat Ice cream and after that I can do things again.
