🇵🇭 At the end of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, these are the lessons I learned from our Filipino athletes who represented our country:
⚫ If it is your passion, do not stop. Even no one believes in you (Hidilyn Diaz). It took four Olympics to get the first gold medal. Remember the London 2012 Olympics? She failed, but she did not give up her gold medal journey.
⚫No matter what your gender is, you can excel in everything as long as you've worked hard (Nesthy Petecio). She is the first Filipina boxing medalist.
⚫When you know you are right, fight for it. Do not let others trample on you (EJ Obiena).
⚫Smile even in defeat. Live in the moment. Huwag utak talangka. (Margielyn Didal).
⚫Fight till the end and show zealousness in everything you do (Eumir Marcial).
⚫Break your record. You could always be a better version of yourself (Luke Gebbie).
⚫Encourage other people to improve themselves and grow together (Carlos Yulo).
⚫Your past does not define your future. Again, dedication and hard work would take you to your dream (Carlo Paalam).
⚫ The show must go on even in pain (Kristina Knott).
⚫Even you're at the bottom, consistency could make you reach the top of the ladder (Yuka Saso). Maraming salamat po for making us proud, for representing our nation, inspiring and showing a good example to the youth, and uniting us. Mabuhay po kayo! 🫡 ( ̄^ ̄ )ゞ Ingat din po sa pag-uwi. Stay safe. 🇵🇭

For today's Wednesday we give you the warriors of the philippines when it comes to sports. Sharing this top ten list that pretty much gets it right in terms of showcasing the top athletes of the Philippines:   "Greatest Filipino Athlete For All Time BY TOPTEN.PH · Time and again, sports has proven to be a great vehicle for any Juan to have a clean shot at fame and fortune. Be it in the 4B’s where Pinoys excel: Boxing, Basketball, Billiards and Bowling. Or to the adrenaline-pumping ice dances in a winter sport. GREATEST FILIPINO ATHLETE FOR ALL TIME Drawing up an unquestionable greatest list whether in the spider-fighting department or in a tongue-twisting battle of rap, is bound to catch flak. As everybody has his own take on any subject. Getting objective, therefore, is a tall order. Of course, different sports have distinct challenges. Moreso today, as our Pambansang Kamao is facing another much-ballyhoed, globally-televised fight against his ring nemesis, Brandon Rios, a fighter who is one of the few who can brag to have defeated him – albeit in a controversial manner. It is, therefore with that an eye set on being as unbias as possible that I plow through, hoping the hammer hit the nail right in the head – and not my thumb. With no further ado, fine ladies and brave gentlemen, I bring you the Top 10 greatest athlete who ever walked the halls of the Philippine archipelago:" http://www.topten.ph/2014/04/17/greatest-filipino-athlete-time/ (c) http://www.topten.ph/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Onyok-Velasco.png #MetaMorph #MetaMorphSports #MetaMorphSportsAcademy #warriorwednesdays #MetaMorphwednesdays #mansuetovelasco #topten #onyok #philippineathletes (at Brgy Pio del Pilar Makati City)
