after the harrowing experience that was my 30 min learn to skate class with blades as sharp as butter knives, i went online and secured myself a secondhand pair of beginner boots with blades and!! i’m so excited!! cant’t wait for them to get here so i can get them sharpened up and go back to the rink

#the prospect of going alone or unsupervised does scare me a little but i have the lesson seared into my brain for next time #and i’m going to practice until the Big Class #picking out guards and soakers making me so giddy waaahh
