La mauvaise nouvelle après avoir enlevé le plâtre qui recouvrait cette poutre ! Elle est mangée par les termites 🐜... - Il ne semble pas y avoir d'activité en ce moment mais ce qui est sûr c'est que les termites sont passés par là. La poutre est rongée sur une bonne moitié. - Le problème c'est que cette poutre tient tout le plancher de l'étage... On va donc devoir faire un traitement par injection pour éviter qu'ils ne reviennent.
