Hey there! I hope this isn't too much of a bother but with the stairs from Businesses & Hobbies, how did you clone them to TS2? I did the TS3 conversions and when I looked at the stairs in sims 4 studio the only mesh is the actual single step.

I asked @lordcrumps and he said he had to manually build the stairs. he's doing IRL stuff and not at his comp to show me or give more details.

Hi Platasp! I downloaded some of your Clay Default hairs {amazing work!!} and I noticed for the fhairhatfargo_brown it’s mentioned on LC’s page to be for females all ages but the default doesn’t show up for toddlers. I checked the file in SimPE and it looks like all the resources for the toddler mesh is missing, the default only contains the toddler property sets. Not a SimPE expert though so just wanted to check if it’s intended and actually supposed to be CF-EF and not UF, or if maybe the PF mesh files decided to play hide & seek and are hiding really well, haha. Hoping this all made sense and if I’m the one missing something I apologize🙏

Hi, anon. They technically are all ages, but the toddler stage is linked to pusimple and therefore hidden from the game selection. the reason the male versions do not have toddler stages is because i did the boys first and opted later to add as many life states to hairs as i could. The reason i included the toddlers is because i didn't want sims born with maxis hair (which now i think i should go back and update the toddler males...)

so yeah, fargo_brown and fargo_pink do not have the particular hair for toddlers, but they do have a toddler state that's hidden.

Thank you so much for the Life and Death conversion. I really like it. I'm having an issue with the fireplace though. The files are in my downloads and I put the text in the Scriptorium, but it's not showing up. Did I do something wrong? Thanks again

Hi, francesweyr! It shows up in my game (Ultimate Collection). If you're using the Legacy Collection, it's my understanding that the Scriptorium is "broken". You would have to manually install the script file (ie copy and paste it to the end of the fireplaces script in your program files)

Hi platasp! I'm having an issue with the 4t2 bed that is meant for the top bunk. Any sims who use it have an energy meter that goes up so fast that they will keep getting out of bed even if I drag the meter back down with testingcheats. Any ideas why this could be? Thank you so much!

hi, anon! I was not familiar with how that works since I think I ripped that bed from somewhere (just updated the mapping).

But, internet says you can update the BCON for Tuning - Sleep to decreases the rate of comfort/energy. Below are the values of an existing single bed that you can use as a reference to update:

hello! i apologize if you've been asked this before but do you know of any tutorials on how to default replace objects? i'm interested in creating my own 4t2 furniture defaults, but the only tutorials i can find are on replacing textures and not models. i do have experience with CAS defaults, but i've not messed with objects in SimPE at all so it's very foreign territory. sorry for the rambling and thank you in advance!

hi snowiii!!! I used rudhira's tutorials on youtube and their default packages as well for the most part as they're really great about including all ages and hidden clones. I just rip out the parts that I don't need and drop in mine lol

Hey! I downloaded your AXA Chloe jeans and they seem clip through the tummy area. I've tried re-downloading the files, trying stand-alone version and new meshes but it still clips. I don't understand because I used to have them in my game and this issue didn't exist at all. I could send you screenshot of the clipping if you want. I wonder if it's just me this is happening to and why. I don't know if you can help but thanks in advance!

Hey again! I checked and it's actually your 4t2 Urban Homage tops that make the AXA Chloe jeans clip. They work fine on all other tops! hi! i switched to io's body shape as a template for femme clothing whereas the chloe jeans use the maxis body shape. So, yeah, unfortunately they'll clip with quite a few items i've converted in the last 1-2 years :/

Hi! I know.. this is a total long shot, I followed your tutorial on youtube for Hair Conversion for 4t2, which was excellent, I am now stuck when it comes to actually creating the file with SimPE - because the legacy edition did not include Body Shop - is there another way to continue? I foolishly did not check if it included it, and now have put in all of this work and am completely stuck. Any help would be sooo appreciated.

I have UC so idk how well this tutorial works after a quick google search. Good luck on your 4t2 endeavors!

4t2 objects are pretty easy, way easier than anything from scratch lol. Difficult is subjective; i think with a decent tutorial or a willing teacher, anyone can pick it up.
