This one little dude is Fēng mí (风醚), an harpy eagle peng who followed the lead of the "Great Sage of the Chaotic Sky" Dapeng/Garuda (formerly one of SWK's sworn brothers)

This one is his hybrid form, he can disguise himself as a human or fully transform in a bird (with a fancy fish tail)

I'm still touching up his design but can't wait to finish his reference sheet and draw him interacting with my other OCs and canon characters
