Today's workout got done super late because honestly I wasn't in the mood after running errands half of the morning. All I wanted to do was take a nap with all the rain that was coming down. And not to mention the fact that I was discouraged because Ive been busting my ass this week you guys. And I decided to weigh myself this morning. To see how much progress I made. And I had only lost one pound. I was dumbfounded!! I was expecting more then that. So when I finally motivate myself to get my workout done....Shark Week!! 😒 I mean I guess its only fair being that it is also Shaun Week. Needless to say it makes sense now why the scale hasn't budged. But as we Dominicans say 'pa lante' (move forward). . . . . And that's what I shall do! Move forward! I friggin hate it!! It sucks balls! But when I actually finish, this amazing sense of accomplishment fills me up. And thats why I do it! . . . Because even though while I'm in, its painful, it burns, my lungs feel like they might collapse and I feel like quitting 100 times. The feeling you get after you've completed something makes it all worth it! So even if you hate working out...JUST DO IT!!
