The Poly Armory Exchange 2022

Hello and welcome to the Poly Amory Exchange 2022!

WHAT IS THE POLY ARMORY EXCHANGE?

The Poly Armory Exchange (PolyA Exhange) is a fic and art exchange celebrating our favourite Marvel OT3, Bucky Barnes/Clint Barton/Natasha Romanov. We love Winterhawk, BuckyNat, and Clintasha, but as this is a poly exchange only works that can be tagged with “James ‘Bucky’ Barnes/Clint Barton/Natasha Romanov” will be accepted.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

This will be an AO3 assigned exchange, so you will need an AO3 account to take part. You will sign up through AO3 and be randomly assigned a recipient based on your tag selections. You will then have an allotted period of time in which to complete your work, which will be uploaded to the AO3 collection by the deadline.

Your assignment will be emailed to the email address associated with your AO3 account. As such, please make sure that this is an email you check regularly, or at least make sure you check it around the time assignments are due to be sent out.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE?

Sunday 17th April: Sign-ups open

Saturday 23rd April: Sign-ups close

Sunday 24th April: Assignments sent out

Sunday 19th June: Fanworks due

Sunday 26th June: Fanworks revealed (this may be earlier if all works are submitted on time)

WHAT ARE THE RULES?

As a poly exchange, works must be centred around the sexual and/or romantic relationship between Bucky Barnes, Clint Barton and Natasha Romanov

You must have an AO3 account to take part (if you do not, and would like to take part, please contact @cloud--atlas​ and she can get you an AO3 invite)

Wordcounts for fics must be between 1000 and 10,000 words, and stories must be complete when posting

All art must be, at minimum, inked and coloured (either flat or shaded) and contain all three characters

All Additional Tags that you pick will be indicators of what you’d like to receive (Request) and what you’re willing to create (Offer). This is what will be used for matching

You will be asked to provide three prompts when signing up, though remember that they are suggestions only and your creator can choose not to use them. Prompts should be short; at the most two sentences (e.g. ‘cowboy AU,’ ‘A and B are fairy royalty, C wanders into their realm by mistake,’ or ‘post-WS recovery fic with sexytimes and feels’). No essay-prompts please and remember that there may be artists, not just fic writers, reading these prompts

You must adhere to any Do Not Wants (DNWs) your match provides when creating your work

Additional guidance for signing up will be provided in the signup form itself, please read that carefully before signing up

There is no penalisation for needing to drop out, but please give us as much warning as you can. There are no formal pinch hitters for this exchange, so we'll need time to organise cover

Character and/or ship bashing, RPF, and plagiarism have no part in this exchange
