One of these days I might make a non-ST post about Jules from Euphoria s2 because I’ve never seen so many people be so wrong about a character before and I’ve also never seen a character handled so poorly before
#reading tweets after s2 ep5 made my head hurt#ppl siding with rue and hating jules for TELLING HER MOM THAT RUE WAS ON HARD DRUGS#and yes jules did cheat but that wasnt even the reason rue was mad at her.#but also if that wasnt even going to become an issue then when was the point of the cheating plot in the first place#and the jules ep is a great episode but it also maybe was a mistake to put all of jules background and growth in one episode pre season#cause now there isnt much for her to do and its just confusing#and then everyone cheering when rue was calling a 17 y/o trans girl insecure#like… okay#robin rambles

Elliot and Jules are still fucking assholes and shitty friends though. Not to mention cheaters. I give kudos for them telling rues mom but they’re still shit ass ppl for doing what they did. This was literally the only good thing they’ve done for rue as her “friends”
I understand what you're saying, but I honestly disagree. Jules is the one in the wrong. She made all the moves towards Elliot. He should've backed off, but that just makes him selfish. I don't think it makes him a bad person.
