Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
 
immer wieder höre ich, dass es eine Lüge sei zu behaupten, dass man aus dem von Prof. Drosten mitentwickelten PCR-Test auf eine Infektion schließen könne.
 
So äußerte Prof. Dr. Hockertz in einem Interview vom 30.9.2020, das unter dem Link

„Es ist eine Lüge, aus einem PCR- Test auf eine Infektion zu schließen.“
Im Übrigen möchte ich zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen auf die Niederschrift des vollständigen Interviews mit Prof. Dr. Hockertz unter dem obigen Link verweisen, zumal dort die – hinlänglich bekannten – Folgen erläutert werden, die sich aus der massenhaften Anwendung dieses PCR-Tests ergeben haben und immer noch ergeben.
Dr. Lanka soll aus ähnlichen Gründen bereits vor Monaten eine Strafanzeige gegen Prof. Drosten erstattet haben, siehe:

Mir ist allerdings nicht bekannt, wo Dr. Lanka seine Anzeige eingereicht hat und wie der Stand des Ermittlungsverfahrens hierzu ist.
 
Falls Sie es aus irgendwelchen Vorurteilen bzw. sentimentalen Gründen nicht für möglich halten, dass Prof. Drosten seit Monaten die gesamte Weltöffentlichkeit in dieser wichtigen Frage angelogen und betrogen hat, dann möchte ich Ihnen einleitend dringend empfehlen, dass Sie sich Zeit für die Lektüre des Buchs „Virus-Wahn“ von Dr. med. Köhnlein / Engelbrecht nehmen, denn dann werden Sie spätestens schon nach den ersten 100 – 120 Seiten wissen, auf welche Art und Weise die Menschen schon seit mehr als 120 Jahre immer wieder von der pharmazeutischen Industrie und einigen ihrer angeblich so glorreichen Wegbereiter getäuscht worden sind, mit regelmäßig katastrophalsten Folgen für unzählige (gutgläubige) Menschen in aller Welt.
 
Äußerst aufschlussreich ist insofern auch das Buch „Tödliche Medizin und organisierte Kriminalität – Wie die Pharmaindustrie das Gesundheitswesen korrumpiert“ von Peter C. Gotzsche. In diesem Buch werden einige der übelsten Betrügereien der Pharmariesen in dem Kapitel „Die ‚Hall of Shame‘ der Pharmariesen“ (ebenda ab Seite 59) gewürdigt, und es fällt doch auf, dass diese Betrügereien noch gar nicht so lange zurückliegen.
 
Was – bezogen auf Ende Dezember 2020 – den Stand der gesicherten Erkenntnisse und der rechtlichen Bewertung der ganzen unsäglichen „Anti-Corona-Maßnahmen“ angeht, so möchte ich auf die sehr gut begründete 190-seitige Verfassungsbeschwerde (VB) eines Richters am Landgericht Berlin von Ende Dezember 2020 verweisen, die jedermann im Web unter dem Link

In dieser VB heißt es ab Seite 84 (Zitat):
„Entgegen den mantraartigen Wiederholungen der Politiker und den Verantwortlichen des Robert Koch- Instituts erweist sich der PCR-Test bei genauerer Betrachtung auf Grund neuerer wissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen als erschreckend schwach in seiner Aussagekraft in Bezug auf die Infektiosität einer Person und das Epidemiegeschehen insgesamt. Die Aussagekraft ist so gering, dass sie bereits zweifeln lässt, ob dieser Test in seiner gegenwärtigen Durchführung „DIE“ Grundlage all der Maßnahmen sein kann und darf. Jedenfalls ist dieser Umstand bei der Frage der Angemessenheit der Maßnahmen zu berücksichtigen, was zur Folge hat, dass die einschränkenden Maßnahmen zumindest in ihrem Umfang und in diversen Ausprägungen nicht zu rechtfertigen sind. Im Einzelnen: Ein internationales Team aus 22 renommierten Wissenschaftlern hat in dem kürzlich veröffentlichten „Corman-Drosten Review Report“46 den vom Virologen Christian Drosten (mit)entwickelten PCR-Test für SARS-CoV-2 und die diesbezügliche Publikation einer wissenschaftlichen Prüfung unterzogen und sind zu einem vernichtenden Urteil gekommen: Der Test sei unbrauchbar und für Rückschlüsse auf das Vorliegen einer Infektion ungeeignet. Im Original heißt es in der Zusammenfassung: „the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test is useless“ sowie „the test unsuitable as a specific diagnostic tool to identify the SARS-CoV- 2 virus and make inferences about the presence of an infection“. 
Ansgar Neuhoff fasste am 2. Dezember 2020 die Publikation wie folgt zusammen:47 „[...] 
Die weltweite Verwendung dieses Tests beruht auf einer Veröffentlichung von Victor Corman, Christian Drosten und anderen Autoren mit dem Titel „Detection of 1919 novel coronavirus (2019- nCoV) by real-time RT-PCR“ in der Zeitschrift Eurosurveillance am 23.01.2020. Die Veröffentlichung wird daher auch Corman/Drosten-Papier genannt. Darin stellen die Autoren einen diagnostischen Arbeitsablauf und ein realTime-qPCR-Protokoll für den labordiagnostischen Nachweis von SARS-CoV- 2 vor. 
Die Wissenschaftler, die das Corman/Drosten-Papier geprüft haben, kommen zu folgender Bewertung: „Weder der präsentierte Test noch das Manuskript selbst erfüllen die Anforderungen für eine akzeptable wissenschaftliche Publikation.“ [im Original: „Neither the presented test nor the manuscript itself fulfils the requirements for an acceptable scientific publication.“] 
Nach eigenen Angaben haben die Wissenschaftler eine Punkt-für-Punkt-Überprüfung des Corman/Drosten-Papiers durchgeführt und dabei alle Komponenten des vorgestellten Testdesigns überprüft, die RT-qPCR-Protokollempfehlungen bewertet wurden und die Parameter mit der einschlägigen wissenschaftlichen Literatur zu diesem Thema verglichen. 
Im Ergebnis fordern die Wissenschaftler die Zeitschrift Eurosurveillance auf, die Corman/Drosten- Veröffentlichung aufgrund zahlreicher wissenschaftlicher und technischer Fehler zurückzuziehen. Vorwurf: fehlerhaftes Testdesign, fehlende Standardisierung und mangelnde Validierung 
Die Wissenschaftler kritisieren insbesondere folgende Punkte: 
·       −  ein vages und fehlerhaftes Testdesign, 
·       −  ein unzureichendes Primerdesign (z.B. ungenaue Basenzusammensetzung, fehlerhafter GC-Gehalt), 
·       −  eine zu hohe Anbindungstemperatur (wodurch auch andere Gensequenzen als die von SARS- CoV-2 erfasst werden können), 
·       −  ein problematisches und ungenügendes RT-qPCR-Protokoll, 
·       −  eine fehlende Standardisierung, 
·       −  keine Erläuterung, was ein positives oder negatives Testergebnis definiert, 
·       −  das Weglassen eines Ct-Werts, 
·       −  die unterbliebene Validierung auf molekularer Ebene, 
·       −  das Fehlen einer Positivkontrolle zur Bewertung der Spezifität, 
·       −  das Fehlen einer Negativkontrolle zum Ausschluss anderer Coronaviren.“ (Zitat Ende)
Besonders erhellend sind auch die Ausführungen dieser VB zu den „Interessenkonflikten“ von Prof. Drosten und einigen RKI-Mitarbeitern.
Dort heißt es ab Seite 87 (Zitat):
„Zuletzt kritisieren die Wissenschaftler auch noch die starken Interessenkonflikte bei den Autoren des Corman/Drosten-Papiers, die zum Teil gar nicht, zum Teil erst nach einem halben Jahr offengelegt wurden.
Der Mitautor Olfert Landt ist der Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer der TIB-Molbiol GmbH, des Unternehmens, das als erstes PCR-Test-Kits auf Basis des Corman/Drosten-Papiers herstellte und diese millionenfach vertreibt und noch mehr Millionen dafür erhält. Der Unternehmer Landt hat sich also quasi selbst die wissenschaftliche Weihe für seine Produkte verliehen. Landt ist seit 17 Jahren eng mit Christian Drosten verbunden und profitiert von dessen steuerzahlerfinanzierten Arbeiten an der Berliner Charité. Seit 2003 sind sie den nachfolgend aufgeführten Viren mit ihren Tests immer als erste auf den Leib gerückt: SARS-CoV (2003), Vogelgrippe (2005), Schweinegrippe (2009), Chikungunya Virus (2009), MERS (2012), ZIKA (2016), Gelbfieber Brasilien (2017) und SARS-CoV 2 (2020).
Der Mitautor Marco Kaiser ist Berater bei TIB-Molbiol GmbH und zugleich Projektleiter bei GenExpress GmbH, einem Unternehmen, das unter derselben Adresse wie TIB-Molbiol ansässig ist und ebenfalls sein Geld mit PCR-Tests verdient.
Erst ein halbes Jahr nach der Veröffentlichung wurden diese Interessenkonflikte von Landt und Kaiser offengelegt. Nicht offengelegt wurde aber, dass Landt auch Geschäftsführer von GenExpress ist.
Entsprechend der üblichen Auflistung der Mitautoren bei wissenschaftlichen Artikeln haben übrigens die beiden Autoren Landt und Kaiser nach Corman den größten Anteil an dem Corman/Drosten-Papier [Anmerkung: und verdienen daran vermutlich auch am meisten].
Die Autoren Corman und Drosten haben überdies ihre leitenden Funktionen bei der Labor Berlin GmbH bisher nicht offengelegt, einem gewinnorientierten Unternehmen im mittelbaren Eigentum des Landes Berlin, das auch mit PCR-Tests Geld verdient.
Zusatzinformationen
Wenn man sich fragt, warum gerade dieser Drosten-PCR-Test von der Weltgesundheitsorganisation WHO, vom RKI und der Bundesregierung so gepusht und als nicht hinterfragbar erachtet wird, mag man auch einen Blick auf die Verflechtungen werfen:
Christian Drosten gehört zusammen mit einem Vertreter der Bill&Melinda Gates Stiftung, dem Direktor des Wellcome Trusts (auch eine Privatstiftung) und einem Vertreter der WHO zu den sechs Beratern im vom damaligen Bundesgesundheitsminister Gröhe 2017 einberufenen Internationalen Beratergremium zur globalen (!) Gesundheitspolitik [...]. Die Gates Stiftung und der Wellcome Trust sind Gründungsmitglieder und gehören zu den Hauptgeldgebern der Impfstoffallianz CEPI. CEPI und Gavi, die andere Impfstoffallianz der Gates Stiftung, wiederum sind die Hauptnutznießer der circa 8 Milliarden Dollar, die auf der von der EU und Deutschland im Mai 2020 veranstalteten Geberkonferenz zusammenkamen [...].
Die Co-Autorin des Corman/Drosten-Papiers,Marion Koopmans, ist WHO-Beraterin. Genauso wie Andreas Nitsche, der früher bei TIB-Molbiol tätig war, jetzt beim RKI in leitender Funktion. Ebenfalls beim RKI ist Heinz Ellerbrok in leitender Funktion tätig, er ist zugleich Gesellschafter der von Olfert Landt geleiteten GenExpress GmbH. Die drei und die bereits erwähnte Co-Autorin Chantal
Reusken haben zusammen in der Zeitschrift Eurosurveillance veöffentlicht [...]. Und nicht zu vergessen Lothar Wieler, der Präsident des RKI; er sitzt [im] European Advisory Committee on Health Research der WHO.“ (Zitat Ende, Hervorhebungen durch Fettdruck durch Unterzeichner hinzugefügt)
Auf Grund der o.g. Fakten besteht also der dringende Verdacht, dass Prof. Drosten mit seinen Falschaussagen zu PCR-Test nicht nur ihm persönlich nahestehende Personen, sondern auch sich selbst bereichert hat.
Es gibt zahlreiche weitere Quellen, die die absolute Untauglichkeit dieses PCR-Tests belegen.
So hat auch Herr Rechtsanwalt Dr. Reiner Füllmich hat in seiner Klageschrift vom 23.11.2020, die u.a. unter dem Link

im Volltext abrufbar ist, ab Seite 23 alle aktuell verfügbaren, wissenschaftlich verifizierten Quellen zusammengefasst, die eindeutig belegen, dass der PCR-Test, der auf der Basis des „Drosten-Corman-Papers“ basiert, gleich aus mehreren Gründen vollkommen ungeeignet ist, ein SARS-CoV2-Virus bzw. eine Infektion nachzuweisen.
Darauf sei zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen verwiesen.

folgender bemerkenswerter Ausschnitt aus einem Interview mit Prof. Drosten aus dem Jahre 2014 (!), in dem er folgende Aussagen zur Eignung des PCR-Tests zur Diagnose einer Infektion gemacht hat (Zitat):
Dr. Drosten: Als in Dschidda Ende März diesen Jahres aber plötzlich eine ganze Reihe von Mers-Fällen auftauchten, entschieden die dortigen Ärzte, alle Patienten und das komplette Krankenhauspersonal auf den Erreger zu testen. Und dazu wählten sie eine hochempfindliche Methode aus, die Polymerase-Kettenreaktion (PCR).
WirtschaftsWoche: Klingt modern und zeitgemäß.
Dr. Drosten: Ja, aber die Methode ist so empfindlich, dass sie ein einzelnes Erbmolekül dieses Virus nachweisen kann. Wenn ein solcher Erreger zum Beispiel bei einer Krankenschwester mal eben einen Tag lang über die Nasenschleimhaut huscht, ohne dass sie erkrankt oder sonst irgend etwas davon bemerkt, dann ist sie plötzlich ein Mers-Fall. Wo zuvor Todkranke gemeldet wurden, sind nun plötzlich milde Fälle und Menschen, die eigentlich kerngesund sind, in der Meldestatistik enthalten. Auch so ließe sich die Explosion der Fallzahlen in Saudi-Arabien erklären. Dazu kommt, dass die Medien vor Ort die Sache unglaublich hoch gekocht haben.“
 
Und so ein Test, der sogar nach den eigenen Aussagen von Prof. Drosten so zufällige Ergebnisse liefert wie ein Münzwurf, wird zur Ermittlung von Fallzahlen für amtliche Statistiken und damit zur Grundlage für äußerst folgenschwere politische Entscheidungen wie die ganzen Anti-Corona-Maßnahmen verwendet? 
 
Angesichts dieser schwerwiegenden Folgen dürfte hier jedenfalls nicht nur der Tatbestand des Betruges zu prüfen sein. The US and some of the world’s poorest countries may get a low-cost and rapid COVID-19 test ahead of the UK, after the government said it had no immediate plans to order them from manufacturer Abbott.
Despite the UK’s well-documented issues with delays to tests, the government said it is pushing ahead with its own pilot schemes.
But it said it had no immediate plans to buy the Abbott test that is being purchased by the US government and the World Health Organization.
At the same time president Donald Trump announced a plan to disperse 150 million of the tests in the US.
The test in question developed by Abbott and SD Biosensor costs around $5, and the WHO has already bought around 120 million tests over six months to distribute in countries badly affected by the coronavirus.
In an email conversation with pharmaphorum a spokesperson for the UK’s Department of Health and Social Services said there were no immediate plans to order the test.
When asked if the UK had plans to order the Abbott test, seen by some as a game changer allowing lockdown measures to be relaxed, the spokesperson said “not at the moment”.
Instead the government is continuing with other plans, which include a pilot scheme for a fast test that can return results in 20 minutes.
It is also investing in a new coronavirus saliva test and 5,000 DNA “Nudgebox” machines, supplied by a firm called DNANudge, which will be rolled out across NHS hospitals in the UK to analyse DNA in nose swabs.
These provide positive or negative results for COVID-19 at the point of care.
It also has rapid LamPORE tests processing swab and saliva samples to detect the presence of COVID-19 in 60-90 minutes.
Downing Street last night said it had signed a contract with Southampton-based diagnostic firm Primerdesign for up to 300 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing devices, which will be placed in NHS hospitals from next month and will be able to process around 60,000 samples a day.
The UK government has been on the back foot over testing ever since signs of a second spike of coronavirus infections emerged at the beginning of this month.
Home test results have been delayed and some people have been told to travel for hundreds of miles to attend drive-through testing stations.
Yesterday the UK recorded just over 4,000 positive coronavirus cases, down from a weekend peak where more than 6,000 cases were recorded after lockdown rules were tightened across much of the country.
