Wrote down a bunch of positive affirmations to say out loud each day, have been writing a to do list every night for the next day, trying my best to keep up with daily goals. Any time I start to feel anxious or can't stop thinking about my ex, im going to try and say my list out loud. Keeping to positive routines is so hard but if I can keep it up I'll get there
