thinking about giving this a go, making a tool that can deconstruct and parse at least some of the files. all the plist files are apparently XML, and ProjectData (one of the few non-plist files that seems common in every project) looked like it had embedded JSON though i could be incorrect.

has anyone poked at how Logic (the Apple DAW..uh not garageband not pro tools t'other one) stores project data ?

specifically the .pkgf file (usually projectname.logicx.pkgf) ?

is jus a tar archive w/ a buncha other archives an binary data files but was wondering if anyone had reverse-engineered any part of it

Project Info List Exporter is back! Project data overview hasn’t been more thorough or easier. Open your project, click a button and browse through up to 360+ available data points for that project. Not sure if all your comps are are the same FPS, sort the list by FPS and spot the strays. Need to see what plugins were used, or if any are 3rd party? An so much more.
