Its my day off and i was hoping to sleep in but woke up at 7-something anyway. its ok. actually kind of nice to up right now and make a good hot cup of tea. shame there’s no more pulut panggang
#pulut panggang is like these glutinous rice tamales stuffed with a fragrant mix of grated fresh coconut and chillies#and then wrapped in banana leaves and roasted over an open fire#its one of my favorite snacks. best of all its vegan!
