Another 3rdLife series game idea

PurgeLife. The concept is similar to LastLife with everyone starting with a randomized amount of lives. Every session, at a random time, there is a set “purge” event. It can last from two minutes to twenty, during which non-reds are allowed to act as though they are on their red life. So traps, griefing, etc are allowed. This event has the opposite effect on red lives, who aren’t allowed to kill during purge events.

If a non-red kills outside of the event, they lose a life. This applies to traps set during purge events- say X sets a trap during a purge and it doesn’t go off during the event. After the event is over, it kills another player. X would lose a life.

Later on into the series I’d expect red names to treat the events like a grace period. The timing of purge events might even get people out of a sticky situation
