I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS SO SOON LOL!!!! I mean, Safari Week started at midnight. It has only been 4 hours!!!

Well, Safari week, as you can see as started off amazingly for me!!

SHINY HOOTHOOT FOUND AND CAUGHT ON THE 33RD ENCOUNTER AND THE 160TH RE OEVERALL ON JUNE 2ND, 2023 AT 4:11 AM EST!!!

This is my first ever shiny found or caught in any Safari zone.

Shiny hoothoot is the 6th shiny of English brilliant diamond caught, 8th shiny of bd overall however its not a first for the blog since I caught a full odds one on pokemon go before.

I plan on continuing to shiny hunt in the bd Safari, so hopefully, the luck of finding and catching stays with me!

Starting from midnight of June 2nd- June 11th is Safari week.

What is Safari week, you ask?

Simple, really, all do you is shiny hunt for mons in firered, leafgreen, Heartgold, Soulsilver, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Brilliant diamond and Shiny pearl's Safari zones where the mons can flee from you.

It's a full odds hunting that has a high risk and high reward if your lucky due to bragging rights!

This will be the first time I do Safari week, so I'm doing this in brilliant diamond's (bd) great marsh!

Each mon I find will be counted too.

- SHINY QUAGSIRE FOUND ON JUNE 21ST, 2023 AT 3:13 AM ON THE 192ND RE OVERALL AND THE 20TH RE... IT FLED.. SHINY FAIL!

- SHINY MARILL FOUND ON JUNE 21st, 2023, at 4:40 pm ON THE 378TH RE OVERALL AND THE 37TH MARILL SEEN, SHINY FAIL NUMBER 2... FLEES AFTER 1 BALL THROWN.

Update: Safari week has officially ended with 2 failed shinies and 2800 REs done! I will countine hunting till I reclaim Quagsire and marill, so stay tuned!
