do you really need that sugar? use stevia.
if you wouldn't eat a tablespoon of oil don't eat greasy food.
not everything good is fried.
learn what hunger really is.
romanticize denying food.
fetishize your hunger.
none of your friends would eat it why should you?
if your "meta day" means binging 1500 calories you're a fatass, no way around it.
your goal is to be thinspo not to keep admiring it.
would you rather spend money on food or stay hungry and less broke?
the more bones you show the prettier it makes you.
people should be able to count your ribs if they were to see them, not see an outline of what they could be.
would you really wanna break your fast for that? think of the long term benefits of not stuffing your face.
keep these as a reminder to think before you eat.

The mathematical way to lose weight
TW ED!
Do some math with me really quick
first let’s define our variables:
1 pound of fat = 3500 calories, keep this in mind
you need to find your base metabolic rate, you can do so online, mine for example is 1350, this will be your m variable
your goal weight loss (so start weight minus goal weight) times 3500 times negative 1 is your b variable
your goal calories will be y divided by x
the number of days you have to lose the weight is your x
So in a y=mx+b format, the formula for your calories looks like this:
total calories=bmr(days)-(3500(lbs to lose))
if you’re still confused, i’ll use mine as an example and walk through the steps
y=mx+b
y=1350(60)-(3500(15))
y=90,000-52,500
y=37,500
y/x
37,500/60
625
So if I wanted to lose 15 pounds in 2 months with zero physical activity i would need to eat 625 calories a day, with zero activity! which makes it foolproof. if you want to factor in your average calories you burn per day with movement included, or you set yourself a calorie burning goal, just replace that for you metabolic rate.
