The #BrookfieldRadialTable Top requires a number of discrete steps, templates and techniques to bring it all together. I start by making the wedge template for the radial design at 30.5 degrees (slightly oversized the 30 degrees required to ensure I make the full 360). I then trim the 12 pieces required (actually 18 as it is good to have options), tape the circle in two halves, trim and tape together. For the underside I don’t bother with the radial pattern but still apply a veneer to stabilise the ply. I spend some time preparing the top ply surface by applying bog and sanding to 240.
