Upgrades are all done and ready for tomorrow! Made a new longer shirt, lined the cloak and added some feather trim, sanded the glitter off the beak on the mask and changed the trim around the eyes, and I've got some new arm guards waiting for me when I get there from a friend commission/trade! We're gonna try and get there hella early, so wish me luck on getting to bed at a reasonable hour for a change tonight.
