1.Engineering Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE) One of the most important tests for Indian engineering graduates is undoubtedly the GATE. GATE is an initiative that the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) together run. It has several goals. Postgraduate Admissions: At IITs, NITs, and other esteemed universities, admission to M.E., M.Tech, and Ph.D. programs is based on scores. Public Sector Jobs: A lot of PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings) hire people based on their GATE scores. Scholarships and Fellowships: Applicants are eligible to receive funding for their graduate work.
Tips for Preparation: Conceptual Understanding: Put your attention into laying a solid foundation in the fundamental disciplines. Practice Previous Papers: Completing past years' exam question sets might aid in comprehending the format and degree of difficulty of the test. Mock Tests: Frequent mock exams are used to evaluate students' time management and performance. 2. ESE, or Indian Engineering Services The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) administers the Engineering Services Examination (IES), commonly known as the Engineering Services Exam. It is among the most esteemed tests for engineers hoping to work in public works, railroads, or the military industry, among other government areas.
Tips for Preparation: Comprehensive Syllabus Coverage: Because the syllabus is broad, it is essential to have a solid grasp of every topic. Current Affairs: Keep abreast with current events, particularly those pertaining to the engineering sector. Writing Practice: Consistent writing practice is crucial because the test contains descriptive questions. 3. The CAT, or Common Admission Test The CAT test is the entry point to prestigious Indian business institutions, such as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), for those wishing to change their focus to management.
Tips for Preparation: Pay particular attention to the parts on quantitative aptitude and data interpretation because they are very important. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension: Reading comprehension abilities may be improved with practice and regular reading. Mock Tests and Analysis: Conduct mock tests on a regular basis and evaluate results to pinpoint and improve weak areas. 4. The Civil Services Test (CSE) When considering a career in administrative services like IAS, IPS, and IFS, engineering graduates frequently think about taking the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE).
Preparation Advice: Interdisciplinary Approach: It might be beneficial to mix knowledge of the humanities with engineering disciplines. Essay Writing: It's important to practice writing essays in order to ace the mains test. Interview Preparation: Develop your personality and communication skills in advance of the interview. 5. Exams for the State Public Service Commission (PSC) Exams are administered by state PSCs for a range of state administration posts. The curriculum and structure may differ throughout states.
Tips for Preparation: State-specific Knowledge: Pay close attention to the state's geography, history, and current events. General Studies: It's crucial to have a solid foundation in general studies. 6. Bank Examinations Engineering graduates frequently choose to sit for examinations such as IBPS PO, SBI PO, and RBI Grade B in order to pursue a solid career in the banking industry.
Tips for Preparation: Quantitative Reasoning and Aptitude: Accuracy and speed may be greatly increased with regular practice. General Awareness: Keep up with news related to banking and finance. In summary It takes commitment, planning, and steady work to go from an engineering degree to passing a difficult exam. The first step is determining the test to take based on personal interests and professional objectives. These tests can serve as stepping stones to a rewarding and successful profession with careful planning and persistence. The prospects for engineering graduates are numerous and exciting, whether they want to pursue public service, advance in management, or stay in the professional area.

NCR Residential Real Estate Outlook 2023
The year 2022 has been a phenomenal year for residential real estate in terms of sales and new supply in the market, which have set benchmarks with each quarter. The National Capital Region (NCR) has witnessed robust growth in residential sales post-pandemic despite an increase in lending rates by RBI and global headwinds on account of the Ukraine war and high inflation globally,
It is observed that the government's special thrust on infrastructure projects and private investments, along with an inherent demand for residential assets across all strata of society, will keep the momentum going in the year 2023. Many A-grade developers like DLF, Adani, Godrej, etc. have a slew of big residential projects scheduled to be launched in 2023 where all residential asset classes like apartments, independent floors, villas, plots, etc. will be in high demand. It is expected that 3 and 4 BHK apartments will gain maximum traction in reputed developer projects. Due to the consistent demand by consumers, we can expect an average price increase of around 7–11% year-on-year, and in certain micro-markets, it may go up to 20% where big infrastructure projects like the Dwarka Expressway are underway with a completion timeline of 2023.
Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway:
The upcoming Jewar airport, as well as the state government's desire for large corporate investments in Noida and Greater Noida, will drive demand across all asset classes over the next 3-5 years. Residential demand is directly proportional to the economic activity in the region. With the ongoing development of Jewar Airport, the region is poised for superlative economic activity in the coming years. We have recently seen some grade-A developers like Max, L&T, Godrej, etc. acquire land parcels in the region with no dues to the authorities and are expected to launch their luxury residential projects in 2023. The local authority is also constantly working with local developers such as ATS, Mahagun, and others to find a solution to the long-standing impasse of land dues owed to the authority, which has gotten even worse after the Supreme Court judgement. However, this location will see a very good supply of some good projects from both Grade A and B developers, giving prospective buyers plenty of credible options to choose from.
Gurugram:
Gurugram city in the National Capital Region has witnessed the maximum number of new supplies and sales in the year 2022. Due to its proximity to domestic and international airports, Gurugram has become a first choice for multinational companies to inaugurate their India offices. Its tremendous growth in commercial leasing in the last decade resulted in the development of all residential asset classes throughout the city. The year 2023 will witness a lot of supply coming up in micro-markets like Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Extension Road, Southern Peripheral Road, New Gurgaon, and Sohna. The infrastructure development, economic activity, good existing social infrastructure, and indulgent lifestyle will keep demand going in Gurugram city.
Further, due to the lack of gated communities in South Delhi & West Delhi, many residents are planning to move into the Millennium City for a better lifestyle. This has further put pressure on the already stressed supply of good projects/inventory. In 2023, we could see a lot of big bang launches in Gurgaon from grade A developers like DLF, M3M, Adani, Godrej, Emaar, etc. with a price hike of around 5–7% in the short run and over 15% in certain micro-markets in the long run.
An advice to the prospective buyer:
There is never a good or bad time to invest. We just need to have the knack for identifying the right opportunity at any given point in time and the confidence to go ahead with our buying decision. To help consumers make the right decision, the role of professional real estate consultants like JLL comes into play. Never go after investment schemes in real estate wherein the developer is offering a lucrative return along with an easy exit after a certain period. These kinds of investments are highly vulnerable to macroeconomic conditions. During headwinds, it is tough for such projects to survive. Therefore, investing wisely is the only way to keep yourself safe.
In a nutshell, we should invest in the end consumer’s product and not in the investor's product. A prospective buyer should instead invest in the right product or project in terms of efficient layouts, construction quality, open area, amenities, security, etc. They should also consider the track record of the developer and its financial position. It might come at a premium; however, it will be worth the investment in the grand scheme of things. Happy Real Estate 2023!!!

Aside from these 990 fruitful competitors, any remaining hopefuls couldn't arise triumphant in this race. This large number of fruitful applicants merit the festival as they had made their well deserved progress and we wish every one of them heartiest congrats and good luck for their splendid future! Nonetheless, the people who had reached to the last phase of Interview test and missed the last position by only a couple of imprints are no place less in their capability to be a capable director. There have been a couple of competitors who have missed the last choice by only a couple of focuses and the general contest has kept them in the rundown of 'Non Qualified' up-and-comers. There is a silver lining to this period of brief disappointment for the UPSC Syllabus  assessment hopefuls as a lot of chances would be accessible to every one of these 'Not Qualified' up-and-comers. This article attempts to illuminate different profession amazing open doors accessible to the cutthroat assessment applicants in spite of being flopped in the UPSC assessment.
Tumblr media
Past the Disappointment of UPSC test After statement of end-product, 990 up-and-comers would get the valuable chance to serve the country as a government worker, however the competitors pronounced as ' Not Qualified ' by the UPSC feel discouraged and find it challenging to handle this period of disappointment. The anxiety toward disappointment hauls the feet of a large number of such qualified up-and-comers from accomplishing what they merit. The fierce opposition in UPSC assessment makes them suspicious about their future profession possibilities. In spite of this large number of dangers, there are sure inborn benefits of UPSC assessment readiness process for each applicant. The UPSC assessment planning process extends the scientific reasoning capacity of the up-and-comer and make them think in a fair and a complete way. A serious UPSC assessment competitor consequently gains an extra benefit in - planning of different other cutthroat assessments including MPSC common administrations assessment, RBI Grade-B assessment, Banking PO tests as well as different expert profession choices including reporting, regulation, the executives, etc. The new changes in UPSC and MPSC assessment design after year 2012-13, tracks down many covering regions in the schedule of both these tests and thus gives a decent open door to the competitors to break the MPSC assessment and become a Delegate Gatherer or DySP or Tehsildar, etc. Furthermore, the overall character improvement of an UPSC competitor as a result of an efficient readiness of different subjects and current undertakings issues during UPSC assessment planning, gives him an edge in different fields of vocation like reporting, regulation, the board occupations, etc. The different sorts of enrollment and advancement assessments comprise of appraisal of information connected with fitness tests, English correspondence and the Meeting abilities and here the serious UPSC applicants gain a benefit over their companion gatherings, civility their orderly UPSC assessment planning. A significant number of the fruitless up-and-comers in some phase of UPSC assessment adventure the choice of training to cutthroat assessment wannabes. A large number of the fruitful training foundations at Delhi as well as different Metros are controlled by such 'Not Qualified' up-and-comers as it were. Utilization of ability in Corporate Area - \The corporate area open positions at mid level and senior level chief presents are normal on be opened up by the new proposition of NITI Aayog (Public Organization for Changing India). The focal Legislature of India has endorsed the proposition of NITI Aayog for making accessible publically the scores and positioning of up-and-comers in enlistment assessments through a gateway for expanding access of the jobless to open positions. These subtleties will be connected to the Coordinated Data Framework for Public Enrollment Offices - a committed site being created by the Public Informatics Place (NIC). It would be a mutually advantageous equation for the skilled competitors of cutthroat assessments as well as the corporate area. Furthermore, for specific Government occupations like Asst Chief post in Sports Authority of India, the qualification rules of showed up for UPSC Interview, would turn as a resolve supporter for drawing in the best ability from India for the world class UPSC common administrations assessment. The most recent changes in staff the executives by the Public authority of India including the previously mentioned strategy by NITI Aayog along with serious conversation on horizontal enrollment strategy of faculty from corporate area to the organization would go far to give quality Human Asset money to the new age Administration of India. The Public authority of India is zeroing in on tapping the segment profit of our labor supply assets and the previously mentioned approaches would positively limit the issue of 'cerebrum channel' and on second thought would prompt 'mind gain' in India.
