Successfully self-advocated for autistic accommodations in my annual eval at work
#am allowed to turn the lights down#step away from the desk if i get overwhelmed#recieve schedule changes and new task/project instructions in writing#ultimately i need to leave customer service#but this meeting could have gone worse
