Not too long ago I made a post about Zeb and his cute face, now let's talk about Kallus. I was rewatching Zero Hour like one does, when I decided I need to start taking screenshots of Kal's face.
Kallus just beat some stromtroopers up and entered an escape pod. These are the faces that he makes while he's activating the pod and sending a help request to the Ghost as Fulcrum.
He's focused, sure, but especially in that first picture he looks like a man who's feeling a mix of determined, hopeful and worried. I love how the light hits his face, he's literally going towards the Light ;__;
These are immediately after Hera takes him in the Ghost. His shoulders drop and he exhales a sigh because he did escape from the Empire, he's safe!
I love the contrast between him looking steadfast and brave and his relieved face.
